材料:
虾 300gm
万能即煮辣椒酱 (3汤匙)
水(3汤匙)
蒜米

步骤:
1)把虾洗干净。
2)爆香蒜米,倒入虾。
3)6分熟时注入水,咖喱叶及万能即煮辣椒酱。
4)一分钟后盛起。

万能即煮辣椒酱/Chili Mix
Ingredients:
Shrimp/prawn 300gm
chili sauce-universal ready to cook paste (3 tablespoons)
Water (3 tablespoons)
Garlic

Step:
1) Wash the shrimp/prawn.
2) Fragrant garlic, pour the shrimp into wok.
3) Injected water when 60% cooked with adding curry leaves and chili sauce.
4) Cook another minute, dish up.

我在网友的慷慨下,
收留了这三棵空凤,
跟我大概有一年了,
还没有怎么长进,
今天看到其中一棵要开花了,
这次开两朵,可以授粉了,
我期待呀。。。

我分享年前跟年后的照片:



我还无法把它繁殖,只有第一棵成功,
第三棵有种子,可是也是无法把它发扬光大,
有点小遗憾。

这些空凤不需怎么照顾,
 就挂着在木头,靠空气生长,
如果人也像它们那样不吃不喝都能成长那该多好?

又是一个懒人餐,这次玩大了,
一公斤半的虾怎么解决,
我可以吃上好几个星期吧。
也太狠了吧,上个星期已经把一公斤送人了,
这个星期。。。。虾就是我的晚餐。

我一个人吃,大概也可以吃足一个星期,哟!要命咯。。。
虾+螃蟹我的最爱,
每回回到家乡,家人一定会煮给我吃,还是一大锅叻。。。这次后,好几个月不要跟我讲虾。。。。
我会闭门思过。


材料:
虾 300gm
酱油 少许
水-如果虾太干(两汤匙/没煮前,虾过水)
蒜米

步骤:
1)虾清理干净。
2)热锅,爆香蒜米,倒入虾。
3)如果太干,必须注入水,不能过多。
4)一两分钟,撒下酱油,反炒两下。
5)虾颜色转变白,大概2-3分钟就熟,可以上桌。
Ingredients:
Shrimp/prawn 300gm
A little soy sauce
Water - if shrimp too dry when fried(two tablespoons /wash it over the water before cook)
Garlic

Steps:
1) clean up prawn.
2) Fragrant garlic, pour the prawn after.
3) Add water if the prawns look drying.
4) 1-2minutes, fried and add soy sauce
5) When prawn change color to white,it consider cook, normally about 2-3 minutes, you can dish up and serve.

这个只有我自己吃的,
也因为丈夫不喝酒的关系,
再加上皮肤敏感,
唯有自己偷偷煮来品尝。
姜酒+黄酒都是夫家给的,
老实说,我的婆婆还很会酿酒,
喝了真的有够‘Ommmm’,
老家每每黄酒鸡就是食材,
有点怀念。。。
这回。。。自己来。。。

 材料:
300gm鲜虾(一个人的料)
黄酒6茶匙
姜酒6茶匙
绍兴酒1茶匙
鱼露(少许)
鸡蛋一粒
蒜米 (切碎)
*用饭煲蒸-7分熟时放入

步骤:
1)虾洗干净,把酒,蒜米+鱼露倒入。
2)鸡蛋打在虾身上。
3)煲饭等7分熟时/要收水时,放进饭锅蒸。
4)饭好一起上桌。

Ingredient:
300gm shrimp (serve for 1 person )
6 teaspoons rice wine
6 teaspoons ginger wine
Shaoxing rice wine 1 tsp
Fish sauce (a little)
A Egg
Gralic (chopped)

* Use rice cooker steaming -when almost cooked 70% put inside

Steps:
1) Wash shrimp, poured fish sauce ,garlic,and wines.
2) Beat the eggs above the shrimp.
3) Cooked rice, and put inside when rice is almost 70% ready.
4) When rice cooked, its can be serve together.

今天做了众多爱吃的爆米花,
也是跟同事学回来的。
真的很容易,
我在这分享她写的食谱,
不过照片都是我的成品,还是第一次。。。。
失敬了~~

i learnt this from my coliq,
is very easy to do,
here i am sharing her recipe,

玉米粒,通常蛋糕专卖店都有买。

我的成品【爆米花Pop Corn】

材料:
玉米粒 90g
白糖 135g
水 90g
牛油 45g

做法:
1. 热
,倒入一点植物油,放入玉米粒晃匀,中小火加热晃动锅 子
2. 等看到有玉米粒爆开的时候,关小火,盖上盖子,不时的晃动锅 子。
3. 差不多全爆开的时候,出锅备用。(静声就好)
4. 把糖和水放入锅中,中小火加热。
5. 熬糖水的时候,不要搅动,等看到糖水颜色变成焦糖色后,放入牛油。这时就可以搅动了,牛油融化后与焦糖搅匀。
6. 放入爆米花,快速翻匀,放入铺了油布的烤盘上晾凉


Ingredient:
90g corn kernels
Sugar 135g
Water 90g
45g butter

Step:
1 Heat pan, pour a little vegetable oil, add corn kernels, shaking pan (Fire=medium heat).
2 When corn kernels burst change to small fire, close the lid, shaking the pan from time to time.
3 When burst enough, take off and put a side. (Normally silent is consider burst)
4 Put sugar and water into a pot, using medium heat.
5 Boil sugar, do not stir, wait to see the color becomes caramel syrup, add butter. Then you can stir up, melted butter and caramel and stir well.
6 Add into the popcorn is better in a wok, quick stir well with caramel syrup, Take off and put on a baking sheet and let cool.

现在的人,要煮不是问题,买现成的调味料就可以了。
这个很简单,到Cosway扫货的时候,买下各种不同的口味。
一料在手,什么都煮的出来。
Cooking was not an impossible things,just buy a ready-made paste on it.
This is very easy to get a variety of different tastes to ready your dish.
An paste package in hand, everything will be possible.


材料:
两个大鸡腿(切块)
200gm薯仔(切块)
Delichef 娘惹咖喱酱(包装)
4粒红葱(切幼/粒状)
4粒蒜米(切幼/粒状)
咖喱叶(20片左右)
香茅(两支压扁)
 
步骤:
1) 把鸡腿及薯仔处理干净,切块。
2) 把薯仔大火炸过。(比较容易熟,固体定型)
3) 爆香红葱,蒜米,香茅。
4)把鸡肉放进去炒变白,下薯仔,下Delichef 娘惹咖喱酱,炒几下,注水。
5)煮到酱够浓,下咖喱叶就翻几下,上桌。

 Ingredient:
Two large chicken drum stick(cut into cube/piece)
200gm potatoes (cut in cube)
Delichef Nyonya Curry paste (packaging)
4 red onion (finely chopped)
4 garlic (finely chopped)
Curry leaves (20 pcs)
Lemongrass (two squash)

Steps:
1) Clean the chicken and potato, cut into cubes.
2) Fried potatoes first. (For easier cooked, and solid shapewhen serve)
3) Fragrant red onion, garlic, lemongrass.
4) Add chicken and fried till white in color, add in potatoes, the next Delichef Nyonya curry paste, fry a few seconds, add water(must cover chicken).
5) Cook until sauce thick enough, add few curry leaves and cook for another minutes and serve.

用天婦羅粉炸香脆鲂鱼片/Deep Fried with tempura flour

材料:
一片鲂鱼片
盐(少许)
胡椒粉(少许)
婦羅粉(盖过鱼肉)

步骤:
1) 鲂鱼洗干净,切片。
2)用盐及胡椒粉腌10分钟。
3)热锅,沾上天婦羅粉,炸熟尽可。

Ingredient:
Dory Fish 
Salt ( a pinch)
Pepper (a pinch)
Tempura flour (enough to cover fish slide)

Step:
1) Wash dory fish, cut into slide.
2) Add salt,pepper  and marinate for 10 minutes.
3) Heat wok, dory fish slide coated with tempura flour, deep fried till yellow colour.

What is Tempura?

Tempura is a Japanese dish of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried.

我曾经淘过蚊帐跟床单,
这个必须了解尺寸才能淘,
很多时候,床单跟枕头戴是分开卖的,
当然,淘宝的卖家货源大同小异,
只要一样的图案大致上是一样的布料。
通常套装的都会比一般的贵。

我买了全棉的床单,可是卖家没有买同样图案的枕头袋,
要自己找,这个就是有不便之处。
要便宜就要付出代价,牺牲时间找呀找。。。
比较喜欢单色,有像入住酒店的感觉。

 这批货我跟五指袜合拼,重量4.8kg(五指袜18双)
单色Queen Size RMB56.00/套,两套包挂内地邮费RMB127.00(包挂2个枕头袋)
图案床单 Queen size RMB32,两套RMB62.00(免内地邮费-没有枕头袋)
图案枕头袋 RMB10一件,四件RMB40(免内地邮费)
四套花了RMB229/2=RM114.50
加空运4kg*12=RM48
总数=RM162.50(大概RM40.50一套)全棉的(两套品牌,两套普通)
去Akemi也不只这个价,关键在于“全棉”的 
Groupon 及Dealmates也是有卖贵上几十块

我通常会参考这个图,也自己量一量床的尺寸,
如果床单+枕头是全棉的,那么一公斤只可以买一套
这次我买了四套,
这样可以一次过不用烦。
足够我用一年。

Chives

Salt ( a pinch)
Oyster sauce
Garlic

步骤:
  1.     韭菜洗干净,切一寸。
  2.     爆香蒜米,炒熟韭菜,撒上蚝油。
  3.     打发鸡蛋加盐/酱油。
  4.     韭菜熟后,下蛋。
  5.     蛋熟就可上桌。
Step:
  1.     Wash Chives, and cut into 1 inch.
  2.     Fragrant garlic, frying chives.
  3.     Mix eggs with salt / soy sauce.
  4.     When cooked, add eggs.
  5.     When eggs cooked and it can serve.

空闲的时候,下厨也是一种乐趣,
今天突然想吃一点怪味的东西,
除了要清自己的冰箱,
也是时候研究新口味了。

习惯了自己煮,
就来个重口味的腊肠。

材料:
腊肠 2条
猪骨 200gm(一人或两人吃)
盐(少许)
绍兴酒(两大匙)
生粉(少许)
德國赫拉乾燥香料-普羅旺斯香料(Herbes de Provence)

步骤:
1)洗干净排骨,用盐腌一腌。
2)腊肠切片,加绍兴酒,排骨,搅均匀。
  用铁碟蒸
3)撒上德國赫拉乾燥香料-普羅旺斯香料(Herbes de Provence)
4)慢火蒸上45分钟就可以上桌。

Ingredient:
Chinese sausage (2pcs)
Pork Ribs around 300gm  ( Enough for a person/2person meals)
Salt(a pinch)
Shao Xin Liquid (2 soup spoon)
Cornflour ( a pinch)
Herbes de Provence

Step:
1)Wash pork ribs, marinade with a pinch of salt.
2)Cut Chinese Sausage into slice, mix well with pork ribs, Shaoxin liquid.
  ×Using iron plate
3)Sprinkle Herbes de Provence.
4)Slow fire to steam for 45minutes.

 肉没有用任何调色料理,所以白白,没卖相。
Pork ribs looked white, suggest to use a bit soya sauce/sweated sauce to replace salt as marinate seasoning.

材料: 鸡、生冬菇、姜、水
调味料:蠔油、酱青、胡椒粉、盐/鱼露

1)鸡洗净切块。
2)生冬菇洗净切半。
3)用姜起锅爆炒鸡。
4)鸡爆至变蕉黄后加入再放入蠔油、盐/鱼露、酱青、胡椒粉及加水焖20分钟
5)再加入生冬菇焖2分钟。
6)可加入绍兴酒,盛起。
Ingredients:
200gm chicken
200g mushrooms
1 Teaspoon Ginger, Grated
Boiled Water

Seasonings:
1/2 Teaspoon Oyster Sauce
1/3 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/8 Pepper Powder
1/8 Salt/fish sauce
2   Teaspoon Shao Xin wine

Step:
1)  Wash chicken, sliced.
2)   Wash  mushrooms, cut into 2.
3)   Preheated wok to fragant chopped ginger and chicken.
5)   Place seasonings(soy sauce,salt/fish sauce) and water, stew about 20 minutes.
6)   Placed mushroom, stew it for 2 minutes.
7)  Placed Shao Xin wine,dish up and serve.

材料:
鸡蛋 2个
九层塔
白胡椒粉
蒜末
酱青/盐

做法:
1) 九层塔洗干净
2) 鸡蛋打开,加入酱青拌均
3) 起火下油,放入蒜瓣,爆香九层塔下锅炒两下
4) 放入鸡蛋,翻炒两分钟,起锅


Ingredients:
2 eggs
Basil leaf (refer picture-purple)
White pepper
Garlic
Soya sauce/salt

Step:
1) Wash basil leaf around 100 g.
2) Mix well egg with soy sauce/salt (as seasoning) and white pepper
3) Reheat wok, add oil and fragance the garlic.
4) Add basil for few seconds, and add eggs stir fry for two minutes.

材料:
烧肉(RM10)
葱瓣(切2寸)
大葱(一粒)
辣椒干(3条)
黑酱油(少许)
冰糖(一小块)

步骤:
1)开锅爆香大葱,辣椒干,烧肉
2)加糖+黑酱油翻炒
3)上碟之前放葱瓣就完成了
×不要加水,保烧肉脆口

Ingredient:
Roasted crispy pork belly (RM10)
Onions leaf (cut 2-inch)
Red onions (1pc)
Chilli dry (3pcs)
Dark soy sauce/sweeted sause
Rock Sugar (1 small cube)

Steps:
1) Fragrant red onions, dried chilli, roasted pork
2) Stir fry with
3) Add onions leaf before dish up
× Do not add water, maintain Pork belly taste crispy

药材白斩鸡
药材是主汤,
每次下厨,我都会备一锅汤,
无汤不下饭。。
这次在药材店买了汤也准备了汤底来滚白斩鸡,
我煮都是清淡的。

材料:
药材汤料(各大药材店都能买-依个人口味)
猪骨 200gm

用具:
免火锅
以免火再煮锅煲上大火煮滚20分钟,放进煲架再煮上1个小时。

Ingrediant:
Pork rib 200gm
Chinese Soup Herb in packet-ready pack

Appliances: 
Stainless Steel for Energy Saving Pot
Using stainless steel for energy saving pot, heat until boiling around 20minutes and put on pot tray cook for another one hour.

准备白斩鸡的材料:
1)半只鸡
把免火再煮锅的汤再滚开来15分钟,鸡放进去,关火,放在煲架里头让它再滚,20-30分钟,鸡就自然熟透。

Boiled chicken
1)Half chicken
Heat until boiling around 15minutes(for the soup). Add chicken inside,  and put it back on pot tray cook for another 20-30 minutes.

拿起搽少许的盐
Apply salt on it (a bit)

斩开上桌
Dish up



野芫荽酱料(白斩鸡酱料)
材料:
野芫荽
耗油
酱青
麻油

步骤:
1)把野芫荽切碎。
2)开锅爆香野芫荽
3)关火加上耗油,酱青,麻油就可以了

Wild coriander Sauce(Boiled chicken Sauce) 
Ingredient: 
Wild coriander leave
Oyster sauce
Soya sauce
Sesame oil

Step:
1) Chopped wild coriander leave
2) Reheat wok, add oil, fragrant it
3) Close fire, add oyster sauce, soya sauce, and sesame oil.(till can cover the leaves)
