没用辣椒、胡椒粉或姜来蒸的鱼怎么蒸呢?我指的是雪藏鱼,新鲜的鱼不会有这问题存在哦。
家里若有开刀的病人该怎么煮?
在网上搜索有关资料挺难的,
难道真的要餐餐蒜末么?

雪藏后的鱼,难免带腥味,
唯有想点原料取代。 
这个食谱我采用了 
咖喱叶及麻风柑叶来劈开腥味。
不妨可以试试~~


材料:
一片红潮
15片咖喱叶
3片麻风柑叶

调味料:
蒜末适量
生粉适量
适量 
适量
一茶匙耗油
一茶匙酱油
一茶匙麻油
一茶匙

做法:
1)把鱼、咖喱叶及 麻风柑叶洗干净备用。
2)用铁碟,把调味料腌在鱼片上10分钟。
3)烧热蒸锅,把鱼蒸上5分钟就可以了。

Ingredient:
A Red Snapper Slice
15 pcs curry leaves
3 pcs Kaffir Lime Leaves

Seasoning:
Garlic
A pinch of cornstarch
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Sugar
A teaspoon of oyster sauce
A teaspoon of soy sauce
A teaspoon of sesame oil
A teaspoon of black bean

Steps:
1) Fish, curry leaves and lime leaves clean before using.
2) Using iron plate, marinate fish slice with seasoning for 10 minutes.
3) Heat the steamer, steam the fish for 5 minutes.

薯仔假梅肉·Potatoes Fried Pork Belly (without skin)

材料: 假梅肉(切片)、薯仔、蒜头、水
调味料:少糖、蠔油、胡椒粉、盐

1)假梅肉洗净切片
2)薯仔也去皮洗净切片。
3)用蒜头起锅爆炒假花肉。
4)放入蠔油、盐、糖及加水焖15分钟
5)再加入薯仔焖至肉酥薯仔软即可。
6)可加入绍兴酒,盛起。

Ingredients:
200gm Pork Belly(without skin)
Make it simple~~
400g Potato
1 Teaspoon Garlic, Grated
Boiled Water

Seasonings:
1/8 Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Oyster Sauce
1/8 Pepper Powder
1/8 Salt
2    Teaspoon Shao Xin wine

Step:
1)  Wash pork belly, cut into sliced.
2)   Wash  potatoes, Peeled, Chopped Coarsely.
4)   Preheated wok to fragrant garlic & pork belly
5)   Place seasonings and water.
6)   Placed potatoes, stew it.
7)  Placed Shao Xin wine,dish up and serve.
