所以,就写下这篇文章。

这个“好料”好像都没什么人写,
可是官方的脸书存有好多资料,
我翻了翻,做点功课,
就动工写下咯。
I would like to introduce one of the product of Sabah- Unpolished Rice, and Hill Rice. I realized that lack of bloggers was writing about this product. Furthermore, this product easy to cook and no need soak. The rice texture felt good, and turned out my very first batch of perfect unpolished rice!
这米是免浸泡加10%-15% 的水就可以煮了,特点在于柔软,不像一般的糙米。在煮之前需要浸泡,这个是它的卖点,也是我替他加分的地方。
每公斤售价是马币5零吉,对一般来说价位确实贵如果跟其他米比起来。其实,这是错觉感。如果吃糙米饭,饭量会变少的。平时我们煮两杯白米,煮糙米大概一杯就够。糙米让人吃了感觉易饱,也耐饱。这是我对糙米的实谈。

Also known as brown rice, unpolished rice is a whole grain rice. It contains a large amount of fiber.

This is due to the fact that the
whole grain contains all three components: bran, germ and endosperm.
Conversely, when grain is processed, all that is left is the
endosperm. When the endosperm is left intact, it generates all of the
proteins; the bran contains approximately 80% of the minerals; and the
germ contains vitamin E, minerals, unsaturated fats, antioxidants and
phytochemicals which are chemicals found in fruits, vegetables, beans
and other types of plant food. In addition, it has been ascertained that
the antioxidant levels in whole grains are higher than in white rice.
The health benefits of brown rice are not only significant, but have
proven to be effective in warding off disease and other conditions which
can become chronic and, in some cases, life threatening. Now doctors
are encouraging patients to consume more whole grain foods than ever
