柠檬醋Lemon Vinegar
网路里经常可看到的它：柠檬 据说能保护胸部（远离乳腺增生系列），美白，减肥，抗雀斑，黑斑功效，等等等。。女性圣品

材料：
柠檬3粒
冰糖半包
白醋半瓶

做法：
1）柠檬放入盐水泡大约1小时，再用盐洗刷表面，后又泡水1小时 ，滴干水份，切薄片，取出种子（柠檬头尾去掉）
2）冰糖用刀背敲成碎糖。
3）放一层柠檬，放一层冰糖，重复此步骤。
4） 直到放满至瓶口3厘米左右倒入白醋。
5）慢慢倒满，盖上盖子，放至荫凉处存放，一般2周等冰糖都化了就可以食用了！

【温馨提示】 千万不要碰到水，在日后食用中也必须用干燥的勺子舀起，避免沾水发霉。

Ingredients:
3pcs Lemon 
Half pack of rock sugar
Vinegar 

Steps:
1) Put lemon into the salt water soak for about 1 hour, then scrub the surface with salt, and then soaked in water for another 1 hour, wait till dry, cut into thin slices, remove the seeds.
2) Using a knife blade to knock rock sugar into pieces.
3) Put a layer of lemon, into glass bottle and put a layer of sugar, repeat this step.
4) Until filled to about 3cm space within lid, add vinegar.
5) Slowly filling until cover the lemon, close the lid, put at shade place, usually two weeks and until the rock sugar melt you can drink!

[Tips] The lemon vinegar cannot touch the water, must  scooped up with a dry spoon to prevent wet moldy。

材料（一人分）：
橙 6粒

步骤：
1）洗干净橙，一粒切四去皮，放入打果机。
2）果汁流出，加冰块就可以喝了。

Oranges 6pcs

Steps:
1) Wash oranges, cut into small pieces and peeled , put into fruits blender.
2) Juice will flowing out and serve it with ice.

家里的打果机，

放久了没用，买来干嘛？

简单的做法，

虽然汁有点粒状，

毕竟不是贵的打果机，

可是对排毒很有功效，

大号，小号都不再是问题，

我很懒用嘴咬，

就这样，当水喝，

我的小瓜也会跟我争上一杯。

Using home blender to make a simple apple juice.

材料（两人分）：
青苹果 2粒
酸梅 一粒（选没有种子的）
食水一杯半

步骤：
1）洗干净苹果，切小块，放入打果机，也同时加入水+酸梅。
2）搅拌1分钟左右，至苹果完全搅碎为止。
3）加冰块就可以喝了。

Ingredients (two person):
Green Apple 2pcs
Sour Plum 1pc (choose no seeds)
One and half cup of water

Steps:
1) Wash apples, cut into small pieces, put into fruits blender,  adding water + sour plum.
2) Blending about 1 minute to completely crushed apple.
3) Serve it with ice.
