芽菇
油
盐
削皮刀
刨刀
做法:
1)削皮,把不美丽的部分切掉。
2)把芽菇洗干净,放在干净布上晾干水分。
3)用刨刀 刨一片片。
4)中火把油弄热,一片片下锅。
5)颜色变是捞上放在tissue 吸油。
6)撒盐入罐。
