清蒸木薯糕Steamed Cassava Cake

 材料:
木薯 半条
椰浆 半包(包装的)
糖 4~5大汤匙

做法
1. 木薯磨成碎后, 把木薯碎摆放45度让黄汁流掉。
2. 斑兰叶及汤用200ml水煮开,出味就可以了。
3. 把木薯碎,椰浆和糖水搅拌均匀, 倒进模里
4. 水煮开后, 才把模放去锅里。盖锅盖, 大火蒸 30分钟。

Ingredients:
Grated tapioca
Coconut half pack
4-5 tablespoons sugar

Steps:
1. Grated tapioca, placed at 45 degrees so that the yellow juice can separated and throw away.
2. Boil pandan leaves and sugar with 200ml water.
3.
Stir sugar mixed and tapioca till evenly mixed, and put into mold.
4. Boiling water.  After the water  boil, and only then put in the mold. Cover the pot, and steam for 30 minutes
