1) 把洗干净,炸微脆,要熟透。
2) 把亚叁膏开一碗水弄亚叁汁。
3) 爆香葱头,蒜米,倒入亚叁汁,加入糖,酱青,试味。
4) 调好的汁倒入炸好的鱼就可上桌。

2) 1 tbsp of tamarind paste, mixed with about 1 cup of water.
3) Saute onion, garlic, add in tamarind mixed, and sugar to taste.
4) Turn heat to high and bring to a boil. Season with the light soy sauce. And pour into the fried fish. served hot.
×you can add in more turmeric juice if you prefer your dish to be more sour.
