亚叁黃尾池鱼Assam Yellowstripe scad/ Ikan Selar Kuning(Sweet Sour)

来到鱼之乡,
就是要吃鱼,
我比较喜欢吃煎炸的。
这道亚叁鱼是我中学很爱煮的一道菜。
用料简单,家常便饭很合适。

材料:
2条黃尾池鱼
盐/酱青
两大汤匙糖
一汤匙亚叁膏
一粒葱头
两粒蒜米
×2糖: 1亚叁膏(绝配)

做法:
1) 把洗干净,炸微脆,要熟透。
2) 把亚叁膏开一碗水弄亚叁汁。
3) 爆香葱头,蒜米,倒入亚叁汁,加入糖,酱青,试味。
4) 调好的汁倒入炸好的鱼就可上桌。

Ingredients:
2 Yellowstripe scad/ Ikan Selar Kuning
Salt / soy sauce
Two tablespoons of sugar
One tablespoon
tamarind paste
An onion
Garlic

Steps:

1) Wash the fish, fried crispy and cooked.
2)
1 tbsp of tamarind paste, mixed with about 1 cup of water.
3) Saute onion, garlic, add in
tamarind mixed, and sugar to taste.
4)
Turn heat to high and bring to a boil.  Season with the light soy sauce.  And pour into the fried fish. served hot.

×you can add in more turmeric juice if you prefer your dish to be more sour.
