材料:
一条金线鱼
调味料:
蒜末适量
姜适量
两汤匙李锦记蒸鱼豉酱
做法:
1)把鱼洗干净备用。
2)用铁碟/能进蒸炉的玻璃碟,把部分调味料腌在鱼上10分钟。
4) 拿出倒掉汁,把剩余的蒸鱼豉酱蒸倒入蒸熟就可以了。
Ingredient:
Kerisi( Nemipteridae)
Seasoning:
Garlic
Ginger
A tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee seasoned soy sauce( for seafood)
Steps:
1) Fish clean before using.
2) Using iron plate, marinate fish with part of seasoning for 10 minutes.
3) Heat the steamer, steam the fish for 70% cooked.
4) Take out and throw the sauce away, add balance of sauce and steam fish till cook.
