偶也偶尔来个重口味的,
香辣虾米来送白粥,
因为家乡带了一公斤的虾米没动过,
才出如此下策,
效果果然还可以,
不妨试试。
配粥,配饭都可以。
材料/Ingredients:: 80g 虾米/dried shrimp
1tbsp 蒜末 /minced garlic
4粒 葱头切片/onion slices
5条 辣椒乾/dried chillies
5tbsp 食油/cooking oil
2tsp 糖 /sugar
1tsp 峇拉煎/Belacan
步骤:
1) 把辣椒乾 和去殼蝦米泡軟,分別倒入攪拌機攪碎,待用。
2) 取出鍋加入食油5大匙,油熱,把所有材料倒入,以小火爆香。
3) 炒至蝦米變色【蝦米容易吸油,所以油分不可少】即可。
Steps:
1) Soaked peeled shrimp and dried chillies, crush with blender.
2) Heat 5 tablespoons cooking oil, put all the ingredients into to small hot fire and fragrant it.
3) Fry until shrimp in gold red color.
