各种喜爱的蔬菜（黄梨、紫萝卜、蕃茄、生菜、大葱、大辣椒。。）
油炸鬼 两条切块（用免油锅烘过）
黑芝麻 两汤匙（用免油锅烘过）
泰国辣椒酱（公鸡牌）3汤匙
酸梅酱1汤匙半
做法：
1）把各种蔬菜清理干净切小片。
2）把油炸鬼及黑芝麻用免油锅烘过。
3）用个大碗公装入蔬菜。
4）辣椒酱，酸梅酱然后再下黑芝麻及油炸鬼搅均匀就可以上桌。

YauCharKwai / Chinese Fried Twisted Dough Stick 2sticks (cut in half inch thick, using non-stick pan to roasted)
Black sesame seeds 2 tablespoon (using non-stick pan to roasted)
Thai chili sauce (rooster brand) 3 tablespoons
Plum sauce 1 and half tablespoons
Step:
1) Clean up a variety of vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
2) Using non stick pan to roast YauCharKwai / Chinese Fried Twisted Dough Stick and and black sesame seeds.
3) Fill the vegetables in a big bowl.
4) Add chili sauce, plum sauce, black sesame seeds and Chinese Fried Twisted Dough pieces stir well and serve.
这个就是我所谓的公鸡牌泰国辣椒酱，它的酱料已经是带甜，不必再加任何调味料了。
