榨菜猪肉碎 Minced Pork With Preserved Mustard


这个拿来送饭/送粥可是一流;注:个人认为而已。

材料:
猪肉碎大概RM 5
两包RM0.80 的榨菜(各大超级市场都买到)
酱油/生抽-适量
胡椒粉(用Aji牌的)适量
蒜米(用半粒-切碎)


做法:
1)爆香蒜米,放下猪肉碎。
2)大火炒两下,猪肉碎变白。
3)放下榨菜+酱油+胡椒粉+水。
4)水盖过猪肉碎,转小火煮20分钟。(为了要肉更软+入味)
5)等到收水后,盛起,就能吃了。

小贴士:
1)放隔夜的榨菜猪肉碎更棒。

This used to serve with  rice / porridge.

Ingredient:
Minced Pork RM 5 is around 300gm
Two packets of preserved mustard (major supermarkets can bought with RM0.80) 

1 tbsp Soy sauce / soy sauce
Pepper (Aji brand)
Garlic (soaked,chopped)Water

Step:
1) Preheated wok to fragant chopped garlic and minced pork.

2) Place preserved mustard,soy sauce, pepper ad water.
3) Reduce to low heat, simmer until the sauce is thickened. Around 20 minutes.
4) water overshadowed minced pork, the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
5) Dish up and serve.



+ if put overnight the meals will become more delicious.
