材料:豆腐博、猪肉碎(馅料)、葱花、蒜米
调味料:酱油、少糖、盐、胡椒粉、薯粉、蛋、辣豆酱
1)把猪肉碎放些盐、胡椒粉、蒜米、葱花、薯粉、一粒蛋搅匀,腌上10分钟。
2)豆腐博开个洞,塞猪肉碎进去。
3)小火炸一炸有肉的豆腐博。
4)盛起,爆香蒜米,注入水、糖、盐、胡椒粉、辣豆酱。
5)把豆腐博放进锅,小火焖15-20分钟。
6)加入薯粉打芡,盛起之前加点葱花就可以了。

Seasoning: soy sauce, less sugar, salt, pepper, flour, eggs, spicy bean sauce/paste
1) Put some salt in the minced pork with pepper, garlic, green onion, flour and an egg. Stir, marinate for 10 minutes.
2) Open a hole at Tofu puffs, stuffed minced pork inside.
3) Heat a wok and fried tofu puffs.
4) Dish it.Reheat wok ,fragrants garlic, put water, sugar, salt, pepper, spicy bean sauce.
5) Replace tofu puffs into a pot and sauce after. With small fire stew for 15-20 minutes.
6) Add flour for thickening, add a little chopped green onion before dish it.
