用天婦羅粉炸香脆鲂鱼片/Deep Fried with tempura flour
材料:
一片鲂鱼片
盐(少许)
胡椒粉(少许)
天婦羅粉(盖过鱼肉)
步骤:
1) 鲂鱼洗干净,切片。
2)用盐及胡椒粉腌10分钟。
3)热锅,沾上天婦羅粉,炸熟尽可。
Ingredient:
Dory Fish
Salt ( a pinch)
Pepper (a pinch)
Tempura flour (enough to cover fish slide)
Step:
1) Wash dory fish, cut into slide.
2) Add salt,pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.
3) Heat wok, dory fish slide coated with tempura flour, deep fried till yellow colour.
What is Tempura?
Tempura is a Japanese dish of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried.
