腊肠一条(切片)
肉碎 50gm
包装豆腐(用盒装的豆腐)
蜀粉(勾芡)
酱油(少许)
胡椒粉 (少许)
糖(少许)
蒜米
做法:
1)把盒装豆腐导出,蒸过3分钟,倒掉黄色的水。
2)腊肠切片撒在豆腐碟上。
3)爆香蒜米,炒肉碎,放酱油,胡椒粉,七分熟勾芡盛去豆腐碟。
4) 蒸上8分钟就可上桌。
Ingredients:
A pc chinese Sausage (sliced)
Minced pork 50gm
Tofu (a small packet )
Corn Flour (for thicken sauce
Soy sauce
Pepper
Sugar(if needed)
Garlic
Steps:
1) Take off tofu from packet, steamed about 3 minutes, drained off yellow water.
2) Cut chinese sausage into slice and pour in tofu plate.
3) Fragrant garlic, add minced pork, soy sauce, pepper, sugar until 70% was cooked. Thicken sauce and
pour into tofu plate.
4) Steamed about 8 minutes then you can serve.
