很想吃烧烤的我,来了这道懒人烤酱,
曾经在朋友的烧烤会吃了用黄梨腌制的猪排,
可是还未找到食谱~~
这次用烤箱烤了这道多汁的猪排,
很送饭当儿,做法简单。
材料:
6条猪排骨(一条分二,大概12条左右)100gm黄梨(我买切片的,两大片)
酱料:
3汤匙叉烧酱(李锦记)
五香粉
胡椒粉
绍兴酒
酱油、黑酱油、麻油
×适量
做法:
1)排骨沸水烫过,去血腥味。
2)黄梨搅拌机搅拌,加入酱料。
3)排骨加酱料腌上半天/12小时。
4)排骨排好包在锡纸上,烤箱预热200度25分钟左右。
5)把表面的锡纸打开,盛出80%酱汁,备用。
6)把排骨再放入烤箱烤20分钟左右。
7)酱汁淋上,就可以开桌。
+这个做法是留下酱料送饭,除了可享有烧味,有点蒸烤风味。看个人吧。
Ingredients:
6 pork ribs (one cut into two)
100gm Pineapple (I bought two pieces)
Sauce:
3 tablespoons pork sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
1tsp Five spice powder
Pepper
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp light Soy sauce
A bit Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
Steps:
1) Pork ribs boiling with water to remove the smell of blood.
2) Blendder pineapple mix with all ingredients sauces.
3) Marinate pork ribs with sauce about half-day / 12 hours.
4) Wrapped pork ribs in tinfoil, preheat oven to 200 degrees about 25 minutes.
5) Open the surface of the tinfoil , dishing out 80% of the sauce and reserve aside.
6) Heat the ribs for another 20 minutes until crispy.
7) Serve it with topping the reserve sauce.
