6-8粒蒜瓣(连衣拍扁)
2大匙糖
1/2大匙老抽
一小匙生抽
步骤:
1)清理好的五花肉,切成薄片。
2)烧2大匙油爆香蒜瓣,加入五花肉炒至半熟。
3)加入一大匙的糖,炒至溶化,加入老抽,生抽同炒。 九成熟透,加入另大汤匙糖,乾+熟透就可以盛碟。
Ingredients:
Pork belly(with skin and cut in slice)
Garlic gloves(with skin, flatten)
2 tbsp sugar
1/2tbsp Dark soy sauce
1tsp Light soy sauce
Steps:
1) After rinse the pork belly, cut into thinly slices.
2) Heat up 2 tbsp oil to saute garlic cloves till fragrant. Add pork belly slices, stir fry until half cooked.
3)Add 1tbsp of sugar, stir fry until dissolved, add light sauce and dark soy sauce. Keep stirring until pork belly sliced are cooked through 90% and add another 1tbsp sugar, keep stirring till pork belly are well coated with the sauce and cooked through.
