半只鸡切块
泡参适量
枸杞适量
龙眼肉适量
1汤匙蚝油
半茶匙盐
2大匙绍兴酒
做法:
1)鸡肉清洗干净切块。
2) 泡参、枸杞和龙眼肉清洗干净。
3)全部调味料和配料放进碟里和鸡肉搅均匀,腌上30分钟。
4)把鸡肉放进煮滚水的蒸锅里,大火蒸30分钟至鸡肉熟即可取出享用。
Materials:
Half chicken (diced)
1 tablespoon Ginseng root
1½ tablespoon Wolfberry
2 tablespoon Dried Longan
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons rice wine
Step:
1) Clean chicken and cut in cubes.
2) Clean Ginseng Root, Wolfberry and dried longan.
3) All seasonings and ingredients put into the steam dish and stir with chicken and marinate for another 30 minutes.
4) Add the chicken into the boil water steamer, and steam for 30 minutes.
