蒜米 3瓣(切幼)
红葱仔 4粒 (切幼)
薯仔 3粒
鸡腿 4只
仁当酱 200gm 一包
疯叶 4片
加哩叶 一汤匙
糖(少许)
耗油 一汤匙
做法:
1)爆香蒜米,红葱, 加入薯仔。
2)加入仁当备料,鸡腿,干炒一下。
3)注水,耗油,及糖,水盖过鸡腿及薯仔小火焖上20分钟。
4)当酱料够凝固,薯仔够软时,加入疯叶及加哩也提味,盛桌。
Ingredients:
3 pcs Garlic (chopped)
4 Red Onions (chopped)
3 pcs of Potatoes (cube)
4 pcs Chicken Drumsticks
Rendang Sauce 200gm in one package
4 pcs Lime leaves
1 tbsp of curry leaves
A pinch of Sugar
1 tbsp of Osyter Sauce
Steps:
1) Saute garlic, red onion, add potatoes.
2) Add rendang paste, drumsticks, fried a few minutes.
3) Add water, oyster sauce, and sugar. Water must overshadowed chicken and potatoes. Small fire to stew for 20 minutes.
4) When the sauce enough thick and potatoes soft enough. Add curry leaves and lime leaves.
