根据官方的电邮，
16/10/2014年开始，
所有的会员不会再收到任何问卷了，
这期间很可能还会收到邮件。
然后 31/10/2014网站将不能够再使用了，
如果在那天后没有换取礼卷的，
将被报销。
有做MySurvey的网友们请注意了。

As of the 31th October at 11:59:59pm the website will no longer be available for you to use.
