干豆豉蒸排骨Dried Black Bean Steam Pork Ribs

材料(酱料):
排骨 300gm
耗油 1/4大匙
豆豉 1/4大匙
生粉 1/4大匙
酱青 1/4大匙
糖少许
蒜米 1大匙(切幼)
清水 1大匙

步骤:
1)清理好的排骨,用以上酱料捞均匀。
2)放入蒸炉,蒸上45分钟。

Ingredients (sauce):
Pork ribs 300gm
Dried Black Bean, normally bought in packet.
Oyster sauce1/4 tbsp
Black bean(dried) 1/4 tbsp
Cornstarch 1/4 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1/4tbsp
A pinch of sugar
Garlic 1tbsp
Water 1tbsp

Steps:
1) Clean pork ribs, add all the sauce and mix well.
2) Put into the steam boiler, steam cook for 45 minutes.
