材料:
红萝卜一条 3粒红枣
烧排骨200gm 排骨200gm
2liter 水
甜菜根(生地)300gm

1)洗干净猪骨及其他材料。
2)猪排骨、甜菜根(生地)及萝卜切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)以炖煲大火煮滚,再调小火,炖上2个半小时。

Step:
1) Wash pork rib and other ingredient.2) Chopped pork rib ,beetroot and carrot.
3)Place all ingredient to a pot.
4)Using slow cooker to cook high heat for boiling purpose, and slow cook for another 2 and half hour.
