免炸的日本豆腐是清淡了点,
味道有如病人餐,
这个也是为哥哥料理而备的,
饮食要均匀,就来个煮熟就一餐。
材料:
3条日本豆腐
100gm肉片
胡椒粉少许
耗油少许
蒜米少许
糖少许
做法:
1)把日本豆腐切块,洗干净备用。
2) 热锅,爆香蒜米及肉片(用胡椒粉,盐,生粉腌过)至70%熟。
3)加入水,日本豆腐及调味料。
4)煮至猪肉熟就可上桌。
×颜色清淡,可以加入黑酱油。
Ingredient:
3 Japanese tofu
100gm meat
A pinch of Pepper
Oyster Sauce
Garlic
A pinch of sugar
Steps:
1) Wash and cut Japanese tofu into cubes
2) Heat wok, saute garlic and meat (marinated with pepper, salt, cornstarch ) to 70% cooked.
3) Adding water, the Japanese tofu and seasonings.
4) Cook until meat cooked.
× You may add black sauce if meat color too light.
