香港大华罐头食品厂【什锦子姜】甜酸杂菜鸡Sweet and Sour Chicken with Tai Wa Canned Goods Co. 【Mixed Pickles with Ginger】

回乡写的一篇文章,
可是我没写做法,
这次搬上用场咯。。。。

材料:
半只鸡
半罐香港大华罐头食品厂【什锦子姜】
7-8 片姜
1粒红葱 
2粒蒜米
1tbsp糖
两粒桔子(要汁而已)
少许盐

做法:
1)鸡清理干净切块。
2)爆香蒜米、红葱及姜片, 加入鸡块炒至变白。
3) 注入水、糖、盐、桔子水及香港大华罐头食品厂【什锦子姜】汁。
4)鸡熟了,适味了才加入香港大华罐头食品厂【什锦子姜】的杂菜,焖1分钟就起桌。
×杂菜不要焖太久,会不脆的。

Ingredients:
Half chicken
Half bottles of Tai Wa Canned Goods Co. 【Mixed Pickles with Ginger】
7-8 slices of ginger
1 red onion
2 garlics
1tbsp sugar
Two limes(juice only)
Pinch of salt

Steps:
1) Clean and cut chicken into cube.
2) Saute garlic, red onion and ginger, and add chicken stir-fry until white color.
3) Add water, sugar, salt, lime juice and Tai Wa Canned Goods Co. 【Mixed Pickles with Ginger】 juice.
4) When chicken cooked, taste good only add in Tai Wa Canned Goods Co. 【Mixed Pickles with Ginger】of assorted mixed vegetables, simmer about 1 minute. Then can serve.
× mixed vegetables cannot stew too long.
