×2糖: 1蕃茄酱(绝配)
1) 把洗干净,炸微脆,要熟透。
2) 把蕃茄酱开一碗水弄蕃茄酱汁。
3) 爆香蒜米,炒下蕃茄倒入蕃茄汁,加入糖,酱青,试味。
4) 调好的汁倒入炸好的鱼就可上桌。

2) 1 tbsp of tomato sauce, mixed with about 1 cup of water.
3) Saute garlic and tomato, add in tomato sauce mixed, and sugar to taste.

×you can add in more tomato sauce if you prefer your dish to be more sour.
