生冬菇焖鸡Chicken Stew Mushrooms
材料: 鸡、生冬菇、姜、水
调味料:蠔油、酱青、胡椒粉、盐/鱼露
1)鸡洗净切块。
2)生冬菇洗净切半。
3)用姜起锅爆炒鸡。
4)鸡爆至变蕉黄后加入再放入蠔油、盐/鱼露、酱青、胡椒粉及加水焖20分钟
5)再加入生冬菇焖2分钟。
6)可加入绍兴酒,盛起。
Ingredients:
200gm chicken
200g mushrooms
1 Teaspoon Ginger, Grated
Boiled Water
Seasonings:
1/2 Teaspoon Oyster Sauce
1/3 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/8 Pepper Powder
1/8 Salt/fish sauce
2 Teaspoon Shao Xin wine
Step:
1) Wash chicken, sliced.
2) Wash mushrooms, cut into 2.
3) Preheated wok to fragant chopped ginger and chicken.
5) Place seasonings(soy sauce,salt/fish sauce) and water, stew about 20 minutes.
6) Placed mushroom, stew it for 2 minutes.
7) Placed Shao Xin wine,dish up and serve.
