黄酒+姜酒醉虾Drunken shrimp(Steam)-Chinese Food

这个只有我自己吃的,
也因为丈夫不喝酒的关系,
再加上皮肤敏感,
唯有自己偷偷煮来品尝。
姜酒+黄酒都是夫家给的,
老实说,我的婆婆还很会酿酒,
喝了真的有够‘Ommmm’,
老家每每黄酒鸡就是食材,
有点怀念。。。
这回。。。自己来。。。

 材料:
300gm鲜虾(一个人的料)
黄酒6茶匙
姜酒6茶匙
绍兴酒1茶匙
鱼露(少许)
鸡蛋一粒
蒜米 (切碎)
*用饭煲蒸-7分熟时放入

步骤:
1)虾洗干净,把酒,蒜米+鱼露倒入。
2)鸡蛋打在虾身上。
3)煲饭等7分熟时/要收水时,放进饭锅蒸。
4)饭好一起上桌。

Ingredient:
300gm shrimp (serve for 1 person )
6 teaspoons rice wine
6 teaspoons ginger wine
Shaoxing rice wine 1 tsp
Fish sauce (a little)
A Egg
Gralic (chopped)

* Use rice cooker steaming -when almost cooked 70% put inside

Steps:
1) Wash shrimp, poured fish sauce ,garlic,and wines.
2) Beat the eggs above the shrimp.
3) Cooked rice, and put inside when rice is almost 70% ready.
4) When rice cooked, its can be serve together.
