加里鱼酱料(DeliChef) 一包
茄子六条(小条-切两寸长)
红非洲 一条
蒜米
水 (少许)
做法:
1)清理好的茄子+红非洲用油大火炸过。红非洲炸至金黄色, 茄子软就盛起。
(用清水把茄子的油去掉)
2) 爆香蒜米,加入茄子+ 加里鱼酱料+水
3)茄子软后,淋在炸过后的红非洲,就可以上桌。

Fish Sauce (DeliChef) a packet
6pcs Eggplant (small strip - cut two inches long)
Tilapia
Garlic
Water (a little)
Steps:
1) Heat wok, deep fried eggplant + tilapia. Fried Tilapia until golden brown, eggplant until soft.(Wash eggplant with water to remove oil)
2) Saute garlic, add the eggplant + water + Fish sauce
3) Cook eggplant until soft, pour the sauce in the tilapia dish and serve.
