材料:
8块切片假梅肉(也可以用波仔肉-我个人认为假梅肉比较软)
薯粉
盐
蒜米
三汤匙番茄酱
一汤匙HP酱
一汤匙A1酱
做法:
1)先用生粉,盐把假梅肉腌一腌。
2)中火把肉炸一炸。
3)爆香蒜米,把酱料放入。
4)加入薯粉打芡,快捞式的把肉加入捞均匀就可上桌.
Materials:
8 slices of pork butt(Meirou)
Flour
Salt
Garlic
Three tablespoons of tomato sauce
One tablespoon HP sauce
One tablespoon A1 sauce
Step:
1) Marinate pork butt slices with flour and salt.
2) Fried meat until cooked and look crispy.
3) Saute garlic, add the sauce after.
4) Add flour for thickening, fast stir the sauce with fried meat, and serve it.
