简单的材料,浓浓的奶味,

这是我人生第一次做饼,
算是饼干系列的处女作,
完全没有经验的自己,
都可以成功,
烘培白痴挑战成功!
材料:
A
牛油 250g
糖粉 85g
B
马铃薯粉 500g
面粉 170g
做法:
1. 粉类過篩。
2. 把牛油和糖粉用搅拌機搅勻。
3. 加入马铃薯粉,面粉拌勻成团。
(面团是不粘手的,如果粘手可以加点马铃薯粉/放进冰箱20分钟)
4. 面团揉成小粒, 再用叉稍微压扁。
5. 放进预热 160'C 的烤箱烤20 分钟。

Potato starch 500g
170g flour
Steps:
1 Sieved all the flour+potato starch.
2 Stir well butter and sugar with a mixer.
3. Add potato flour, flour and mix into the group.
(Dough is not sticky, and if you can add a little pinch of potato starch/ put in fridge about 20 minutes)
4 Make dough into pellets, flattened it and using fork to flat surface slightly .
5 Put into the preheated oven 160'C and bake 20 minutes.
