红豆沙碱水粽Red Bean Paste "Gan Shui" Rice Dumpling

这算是我第二次裹粽子了,
看来手艺进步了点,
当年裹的像枕头,
没有高人指点。
这次终于会了。
材料(25个)/Ingredients:
6汤匙tbsp 碱水  Alkaline water, or kan sui, (or air abu soda in Malay)
600g 糯米Glutinous rice (24g每个each pc)
50张本地粽叶local Zongye
125g 红豆沙red bean paste (5g每个馅料each pc)
准备好绳子Ready rope

做法steps:
1) 把粽叶煮过浸软。 
Boiled bamboo leaves and macerated it.
2)把糯米挑好洗干净浸软。
Washed glutinous rice and soaked it.
3)起米让它干水,加入碱水.
 Let it dry water from the rice, add soda.
4)窝叶加入部分糯米,加入馅料在加入糯米盖掉馅料。
Adding some glutinous rice, red bean paste as fillings adding glutinous rice cover off fillings.
5)绑在绳子上,煮上3小时。
Tied to a rope, and cook for 3 hours.
 
桃儿红,杏儿黄,
五月初五是端阳,粽子香,
包五粮,剥个粽子裹上糖,
幸福生活万年长,

清蒸木薯糕Steamed Cassava Cake

 材料:
木薯 半条
椰浆 半包(包装的)
糖 4~5大汤匙

做法
1. 木薯磨成碎后, 把木薯碎摆放45度让黄汁流掉。
2. 斑兰叶及汤用200ml水煮开,出味就可以了。
3. 把木薯碎,椰浆和糖水搅拌均匀, 倒进模里
4. 水煮开后, 才把模放去锅里。盖锅盖, 大火蒸 30分钟。

Ingredients:
Grated tapioca
Coconut half pack
4-5 tablespoons sugar

Steps:
1. Grated tapioca, placed at 45 degrees so that the yellow juice can separated and throw away.
2. Boil pandan leaves and sugar with 200ml water.
3.
Stir sugar mixed and tapioca till evenly mixed, and put into mold.
4. Boiling water.  After the water  boil, and only then put in the mold. Cover the pot, and steam for 30 minutes

油炸面饼【普里】Poori/Puri -Indian Food

呵呵~~
去考场时,就在早茶时段,
给我试吃到这个,
也抓紧机会拍拍拍。
 这里我大概写下,
食堂营业者给我的食谱。
这里我只提油炸面饼【普里】的做法,
至于酱料,可以随性煮。
材料简单,也可以认识其他种族的食材。

材料:
面粉 半包
牛油 1 tbsp
盐 1/4tsp
糖1tsp
温水 适量

做法:
1)把所有的材料少许温水搓成面团。
2)慢慢加入温水,搓到面团比较有弹性。
3)把它分成几个面球,然后压迫成面饼,大概是4mm左右的厚度。
4)把油烧热,然后放面饼下去炸。用漏勺兜转,慢慢把面饼炸至两面都金黄色,看到膨就可以翻面。炸好了的面饼就放在吸油纸上,好让多余的油被吸掉。
5)可以于蔬菜咖喱或其他酱料上桌。油炸面饼有郁的油香味,吃起外皮酥脆里面却非常柔,要吃炸的。

Ingredients:
500gm wheat flour
1 tbsp margarine
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
 hot boiled water


Steps:
1) Mix flour with salt, sugar and margarine until it resembles breadcrumbs.
2) Add little boiled water at a time and knead well to form a dough with hand.  The dough should be slightly stiff.
3) Apply oil to dough ball, spread on the rolling board. Roll the dough evenly into circles with 4mm thickness.
4) Heat oil in wok, the oil must very hot to rises it fast. Deep fry the flattened dough. Press gently with a slotted spoon to puff up the poori. Fry till golden brown and turn over. Once cooked, drain on paper towels. Continue with the other rolled balls, add one poori at a time.
5) Serve poori hot with a vegetable curry or sweet dishes

豆沙月饼Red Bean Mooncake

月是中秋分外明,我把问候遥相寄;
皓月当空洒清辉,中秋良宵念挚心;
祝愿佳节多好运,月圆人圆事事圆!


中秋的来临,那么温馨的季节,
你做月饼了吗?
还是在找着食谱,
我也来凑凑热闹,
照片是我同事提供的,真谢谢她!


 材料:
月饼皮:
硷水-半茶匙
面粉-250g
糖胶-200g
油-6汤匙半

陷料:
豆沙-1kg(买现成的)
瓜子-20g

做法:
1)将所有的材料混合,搅拌均匀,用保鲜纸盖上,休息2小时或以上/搓拌均匀 放入冰箱30分钟。
2)将豆沙馅和瓜子混合成波球,备用。
3)再将饼皮和豆沙馅搓圆放置备用。
4)将饼皮搓平包入豆沙馅,搓圆后沾少许的粉,将它放入饼模里压出形状,倒扣出来放在烤盘上。
5)预热烤箱后,以170度。烘约10分钟,取出待稍凉后涂上蛋液,再烘10分钟金黄色即可。

 温馨提醒:
1)大的模型饼皮50g,陷料就以80g。
2)小的模型饼皮和陷料各25g-30g。


Ingredients:
Mooncake Pastry:
Alkali water-Half tsp

Superfine flour, sifted-250g
Golden syrup-200g
Peanut oil/Corn oil- 6tbsps

Filling :
Red bean paste-1kg(Bought ready)
Melon seed-20g

Steps:
1)Mix golden syrup,oil, alkali water with a whisk.Add in sifted flour, mix with a spatula until well combined. Cover and let it rest for 2 hours or until not sticky oryou might choose to put in refrigerator for 30minutes.
2)Mixed bean paste and melon roll into ballsPress tight with hand to make it firm.
3)Wrap filling with mooncake pastry, roll into balls too.
4)Dust the mooncake mould with some flour.  Put mooncake into mould.  Press tight and then tap to de-mould.
5)Put mooncake in a preheated oven at 170'C for 10 minutes.Leave it cool, brush the top with beaten egg yolk.  Bake again 10 minutes until golden brown.

Reminder:
1) Large mould
mooncake pastry 50g, filling 80g.
2) Small mould
mooncake pastry25g, filling 30g.

日本棉花芝士蛋糕Japanese Cotton Cheese Cake


材料:
A
芝士 250gm, 我用Tatura cheese
牛奶 250ml
牛油 60gm

B
六粒蛋黄
特幼面粉 55gm
玉米粉20gm

C
六粒蛋白
 1/4塔塔粉
糖130gm

做法:
(1) 将(A)材料 隔水煮至溶化与均匀。

(2) 等1稍微冷慢慢的把蛋黄(B)加进去搅拌均匀,就会变漂亮的黄色了。
(3) 加入材料(2)搅拌均匀。
(4) 将(C)打至硬站,分三次加入蛋黄糊里。
(5) 九寸模,铺上油纸,160度水浴法大约一小时。
(6) 烘好后放在烘炉里待冷才拿出来脱模 。
Ingredient
A
Cheese 250gm, I used Tatura cheese
Milk 250ml
Butter 60gm

B
Six egg yolks
55 g cake flour 
20 g corn flour 

C
Six egg white
1/4tsp cream of tartar
Sugar 130gm

Steps:
(1)
Melt Ingredient (A) over a double boiler.
(2) Slowly add in egg yolk (B) and stir, it will become a beautiful yellow in color.
(3)
Adding ingredients(2) and mix well.
(4) Whisk egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar until foamy(C). Three times by adding egg whites to the cheese mixture to and fold well.
(5) Pour into the 9" cake pan.  160-degree steam bath method, bake for about one hour.
(6) After baking in the oven and leave to cool before stripping out.
  Sudden changes in temperature may cause the cake to cool too quickly and collapse.

香蕉蛋糕Banana Cake

材料:
香蕉蛋糕搅拌粉 500gm
熟的香蕉 250gm
鸡蛋 6粒(大号)
食油 175gm

做法:
1. 用搅拌机把熟香蕉,香蕉蛋糕搅拌粉,搅拌均匀。
2. 加入鸡蛋,用最高速度搅拌10分钟。 最后加入食油搅拌均匀。
3. 预烤180度 ,烤上30分钟。

Ingredient:
500gm Banana Cake Mix
250gm Mashed Banana
6 eggs
175gm Oil 


Steps:
1) Mix well the mashed banana and banana cake mix.
2) Add in eggs and whipp in high speed for 10 minutes.  Lastly add in oil.
3) Heat oven to 180 temperature and bake for 30 minutes.

免揉热狗肠面包 No-knead Hotdog Bread

热狗肠:
一包/10条

隔夜中种/海绵:
高筋面粉 214g
冷水 128g
酵母 3g

面团:
高筋面粉 92g
牛奶 12g
蛋 30g
酵母 7g
盐 5g
糖 61g
奶粉 12g
牛油 45g

隔夜中种/海绵
做法:
1. 将材料拌匀,用第一高速搅拌至面团。发酵约4至5小时或放在冰箱冷藏12-16小时(隔夜就可以)。

面团
做法:
1. 将干的材料及液体和海绵混合用第二高速搅拌至面团。
2. 然后加入牛油继续搅拌面团直有弹性不易破裂的薄膜,接近透明状。
3. 面团置放一旁(10分钟),分开割60g滚圆,包上热狗肠然后放在抹上油的烤盘, 第二轮发酵60分钟个或两倍大。
4. 放入预热烤箱以160度烘烤12分钟即可。

Ingredients (for 10pcs)
Hotdogs:
1 pack/ 10pcs

Sponge:
Bread Flour 214g
Cold Water 128g
Instant Yeast 2g

Dough:
Bread Flour 92g
Milk 12g
Egg 30g
Instant Yeast 7g
Salt 5g
Sugar 61g
Milk Powder 12g
Butter 45g

Sponge
Steps:
1.Mix the first flour,yeast and water for 3 mins on 1st speed.
2.Ferment at least 4-5 hours or keep in fridge 12-16 hours (overnight).

Dough
Steps:
1. Mix the sponge, dry ingredient & liquid mix on 2nd speed until like a dough.
2. Then add in butter continue mix until the dough is fully developed.
3. Divide into 60g each. Wrap the filling inside. Then put on baking tray.
4. Proof for 1 hour or until double size. Bake until golden brown 160c for 12 mins.

巧克力粒和杏仁饼干Chewy Chocolate Chip and Almond Cookies

这个也是买备粉做的,
简单快,没有失水准。

材料:
500gm TG Golden Cookies饼粉(已经有糖了)
125gm 牛油
3粒鸡蛋
100gm杏仁
100gm巧克力粒

步骤:
1)将所有饼粉,牛油及鸡蛋搅均匀。
2)加入杏仁及巧克力粒。
3)搓小压型 ,预热烤箱160度20分钟。

Ingredient:
500gm TG Golden Cookies cake powder (sugar has been added)
125gm butter
3 eggs
100gm almonds
100gm chocolate tablets

Steps:
1) Mix well all cookies flour, butter and eggs.
2) adding almonds and chocolate chips.
3) Shape it and preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 20 minutes.

晶露椰糖燕菜月饼Cendol Jelly Mooncakes


原食谱:《时尚燕菜月饼》
Recipe from "时尚燕菜月饼"

燕菜蛋黄材料(A)
1茶匙燕菜粉
40克幼糖
1/8茶匙盐
150毫升水
100克红萝卜,切块后煮熟,打成泥

馅料(B)
50克椰糖
1茶匙燕菜粉
1/8茶匙盐
75毫升浓椰浆
150毫升水
1片班兰叶,打结 

皮料(C)
70克幼糖
1/8茶匙盐
1/2 汤匙燕菜粉
100毫升浓椰浆
250毫升水
120克晶露,滤干水份(D)

做法:
  1. 材料(A) 倒入锅里煮滚,熄火过滤后倒入制作冰块的小圆模内,待凝固扣出。
  2. 馅料(B)全倒入锅里煮滚熄火,取出班兰叶过滤,待用。
  3. 将少许(2)倒入一小杯内,稍凝固置入一粒(1)的蛋黄,再倒入(2)至盖满蛋黄,待凝固冷却后取出修饰边沿,待用。 
  4. 皮料(C) 倒入锅里,煮滚熄火,待凉。
  5. 将(D)料的晶露放少许在模内,倒入少许(4),稍凝固置入(3),再加入晶露和(4),分数次倒满。
  6.  待(5)凝固冷却后,放入冰箱冷藏。
 Jelly Egg Yolk Ingredients(A):
1tsp jelly powder
40g castor sugar
1/8tsp salt
150ml water
100g carrots, cut into pieces, cook and mash

Fillings(B):
50g palm sugar
1tsp jelly powder
1/8tsp salt
75ml coconut milk
150ml water
1 pandan leaf, knotted

Jelly Skin(C):
70g castor sugar
1/8tsp salt
1/2 tbsp jelly powder
100ml coconut milk
250ml water
120g cendol, strained (D)

Steps:
  1. Boil ingredients A in a pot, then remove from heat and strain into a jelly egg yolk mould. Remove once solid for later use.
  2. Boil ingredients B in another pot, then remove the knotted pandan leaf.
  3. Pour some of (2) into a bowl. When it has solidify somewhat, add in a jelly egg yolk from (1), then pour in some more (2) until it covers the egg yolk. Chill in the fridge until it has solidify completely and carefully remove from mould.
  4. Boil ingredients C, then allow to cool.
  5. Put some cendol from D into the jelly mooncake mould, then pour in some of (4). When it has solidify slightly, put in a filling from (3), then add in more cendol and (4) until the mould is full.
  6. When (5) has cooled and solidified completely, store the jelly mooncake in a fridge.

德式酥餅Melt-in-mouth German Cookies

这个德式酥餅来自Wendy の ♥生活小品♥
我拿了她的食谱来做,
简单的材料,浓浓的奶味,
入口即溶化掉,
孩子们的喜爱哦。

这是我人生第一次做饼,
算是饼干系列的处女作,
完全没有经验的自己,
都可以成功,
烘培白痴挑战成功!

材料:
A
牛油  250g
糖粉  85g

B
马铃薯粉  500g
面粉  170g 

做法:
1. 粉类過篩。
2. 把牛油和糖粉用搅拌機搅勻。
3. 加入马铃薯粉,面粉拌勻成团。
   (面团是不粘手的,如果粘手可以加点马铃薯粉/放进冰箱20分钟)
4. 面团揉成小粒, 再用叉稍微压扁。
5. 放进预热 160'C 的烤箱烤20 分钟。

Ingredient:
A
Butter 250g
85g icing sugar

B
Potato starch 500g
170g flour

Steps:
1 Sieved all the flour+potato starch.
2 Stir well butter and sugar with a mixer.
3. Add potato flour, flour and mix into the group.
 (Dough is not sticky, and if you can add a little pinch of potato starch/ put in fridge about 20 minutes)
4 Make dough into pellets, flattened it and using fork to flat surface slightly .
5 Put into the preheated oven 160'C and bake 20 minutes.

冰豆花Soft Bean Curd

冰豆花Soft Bean Curd
这个山寨版的豆花口感像果冻,跟豆花比还是差很远。

原本打算偷师,
看到超简单超快速!自制豆腐花,
Kiasu的我也来个更懒的~~
去了烘培用品专卖店,
瞄到了简易的豆花材料。
至于偷师嘛~~还是下次好了。

就根据说明买了材料回家煮,
一包分两次做,
就根据包装说明做,
每次可以做出六盒。

六盒所需的材料:
冰豆花粉 半包
水 500ml
豆浆水 1000ml
糖 25gm

做法:
1)将水,豆浆和糖倒入锅里搅拌煮滚熄火。
2)加入冰豆花粉搅拌均匀。
3)倒入朔料盒,待冷放入冰箱冷藏。

Ingredients (for 6 containers):
Soft Bean Curd Powder 1/2 pack
water 500ml
soya milk 1000ml
sugar 25gm

Step:
1)Add water, soya milk and sugar into a pot. Bring it to boil.
2)Turn off and add Happy Grass Soft Bean Curd Powder and mix throughly.
3)Pour into container.  Wait for the mixture to cool and set before placing into fridge for a few hours.

巧克力玛芬Chocolate Muffin

我的失败之作!已经烘了3次,出来的还是失败。。
可能粉已经接近过期的关系,蛋糕就是不会发, 
全攻进废。
我这个人很懒去学那些一大堆要调粉,调糖的食谱,
能简单化,简单化。。快+准最好。
最近我买进了一家的 玛芬粉,
不是很成功,
有卖相可是蛋糕不会发,
做出个生番薯来!

我的建议。。
买粉最好是在烘焙店,
比较新鲜+专业,
新手们不那么容易失手!

烘了3次都失败,
心有不甘~~|||
第二天,
就到烘焙店买巧克力玛芬粉,
当天回来就做了,

果然是粉的问题,
也成功发了。
由于我用的是Toaster,不是Oven,
起初我还以为是我的炉问题。
原来@@。。。
不要小看我的Toaster。

巧克力玛芬Chocolate Muffin

材料:
已经调好的巧克力玛芬粉一包 500gm
3粒蛋
用Toater烘出来的玛芬是有分别的,烘的不是很均匀, 口感还是一样,
看来是时候给自己烂理由添加Oven了
140克水
185克食油

步骤:
1)将分加入水,鸡蛋,食油用一号搅机搅一分钟。
2)再于中号搅3分钟。
3)搅均的粉盛入纸模中,一半为佳。
4)入预热180度的烤箱,烤18分钟。

Ingredients:
Muffin Mix- Chocolate 500gm
3 eggs
Water 140gm
Oil 185gm

Steps:
1)Mix all ingredients at low speed 1 minute.
2)Scarpe and mix at medium speed 3 minutes.
3)Temp: 210°for 18 min.

茶叶蛋Herbal Eggs

茶叶蛋Herbal Eggs

学生家长送上的茶叶蛋,
让我不经意的要学下来,
除了入味,
还让人回味。

我买了茶叶蛋的料,
就根据说明来煮,
原来,以前傻呼呼的煮,
主要关键在于火候,
时间两小时是很难入味的。
我用炖煲,
慢火煲上整个晚上,
加上配料,
万无一失。


茶叶蛋很补,
吃上两三粒,
就感觉身体烫烫的,
不能贪吃哦~~

做法不必写了,
跟着包装就没错的,
很多人跟着说明煮,
鸡蛋无法入味,
也无法上色,
包装写的是两小时,
要完全入味,
时间需要调久点,
慢火锅煲上一个晚上,
就可以了。
不然蛋色不均匀。

冰糖一包

步骤:
1)清洗干净薏米,绿豆,加入冰糖+水慢火煲上1个小时至熟烂为止。

Ingredients:

A packet of rock sugar

Steps:
1) Clean barley, mung beans, add rock sugar and water, slow cook about an hour.

海带绿豆糖水Green Bean Dessert with Kelp(kombu)
我超喜欢吃海带,稍微加多点。I add more kelp, cause its my favorite.
小儿暑天热痱疖毒、痰热咳嗽等症
有补心,利尿,软坚,消痰,散瘿瘤作用。
适用于高血压、脚气水肿、颈淋巴结核、单纯性甲状腺肿、
小儿暑天热痱疖毒、痰热咳嗽等症
材料:
包装海带20g
绿豆
冰糖
果皮一小片
蜜枣2粒

步骤:
1. 将海带、绿豆、果皮、蜜枣和水置入煲里,煮至绿豆变粘稠(看个人,如果要和水的话,就不必煲到粘稠)。
2. 慢炖锅煲上1个半小时,加入冰糖。

Ingredients:
Dried kelp(kombu) 20g
Green Bean 40g
Rock Sugar half pack
A piece Dried Mandarin peel
2 pcs Candied dates

Steps:
1.Boil a pot of water with dried kelp, green bean, dried mandarin peel and candied dates.  Cook until beans become sticky.
2. Slow cooker to cook around one and half hour, add rock sugar and serve.

罗汉果雪蛤海底椰Siraitia Grosvenorii,Hasma vs Sea Coconut Dessert

材料:
一包海底椰(大概10-12粒)
一包罗汉果压装冰糖(已有龙眼、罗汉果、冬瓜条、红枣)
10g雪蛤
两粒蜜枣
3 Liter 水

做法:
1)海底椰清理干净,切片。
2)雪蛤泡发,洗干净备用。
3)把材料 全部放进炖煲,炖上3个小时以上尽可。

Ingredients:
A pack sea coconut (about 10-12 pcs)
A package Siraitia Grosvenori crimping sugar (already have longan, Siraitia Grosvenori, melon pieces, dates)
10gm Hasma
2pcs of Candied dates
3 Liter water

Steps:
1) Clean sea coconut, cut sliced​​.
2) Clean hasma, and let it become bubble.
3) Put all the ingredient into the stew pot, stew over three hours as possible.

自制爆米花Pop Corn

自制 爆米花Pop Corn
今天做了众多爱吃的爆米花,
也是跟同事学回来的。
真的很容易,
我在这分享她写的食谱,
不过照片都是我的成品,还是第一次。。。。
失敬了~~
My first time for doing pop corn,
i learnt this from my coliq,
is very easy to do,
here i am sharing her recipe,
but the pictures of sharing pure done by me.

玉米粒,通常蛋糕专卖店都有买。
Corn kernels
 
我把步骤都拍下来,照片太多了,合成一张。

我的成品【爆米花Pop Corn】

材料:
玉米粒 90g
白糖 135g
水 90g
牛油 45g

做法:
1. 热
,倒入一点植物油,放入玉米粒晃匀,中小火加热晃动锅 子
2. 等看到有玉米粒爆开的时候,关小火,盖上盖子,不时的晃动锅 子。
3. 差不多全爆开的时候,出锅备用。(静声就好)
4. 把糖和水放入锅中,中小火加热。
5. 熬糖水的时候,不要搅动,等看到糖水颜色变成焦糖色后,放入牛油。这时就可以搅动了,牛油融化后与焦糖搅匀。
6. 放入爆米花,快速翻匀,放入铺了油布的烤盘上晾凉


Ingredient:
90g corn kernels
Sugar 135g
Water 90g
45g butter

Step:
1 Heat pan, pour a little vegetable oil, add corn kernels, shaking pan (Fire=medium heat).
2 When corn kernels burst change to small fire, close the lid, shaking the pan from time to time.
3 When burst enough, take off and put a side. (Normally silent is consider burst)
4 Put sugar and water into a pot, using medium heat.
5 Boil sugar, do not stir, wait to see the color becomes caramel syrup, add butter. Then you can stir up, melted butter and caramel and stir well.
6 Add into the popcorn is better in a wok, quick stir well with caramel syrup, Take off and put on a baking sheet and let cool.

海绵蛋糕Sponge Cake(2)

终于可以做出简单的海面蛋糕,
比初次做的还好吧,
软软的蛋糕,就这样做成了,
这次用了网友的食谱,
也改良了一些,因为用食油带不出味道,
就改用了牛油。
效果还好。

食谱:
鸡蛋 3粒
面粉 80gm
砂糖  60gm
牛油 30gm

步骤:
1)必须把蛋白及蛋黄分开,然后把蛋白大到发(就是倒转也不会掉落)
2)蛋黄,糖,牛油及面粉5度打到均匀。
3)把打发了的蛋白加入,用手力搅均匀就可以了。
4)放入烤箱,180度烤20分钟,就可以了。

Ingredient:
3 Eggs
80gm Flour
60gm sugar
30gm Planta(or use cooking oil)

Steps:
1) Must be separated the white and egg yolk, and then beaten white egg until creamy.
2) Mixed egg yolks, icing sugar, butter and flour until creamy.
3) Stir well for 1 and 2.
4) Reheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes on it.

家里的果树真的很会结果,
自己都没有去採来吃,
看到网上族群的分享,
今天忍不住了,
就来个腌莎莉。

材料:
莎莉,糖,盐,话梅

步骤:
1)把莎莉去皮,用盐腌上两小时,必须用筲箕。方便水漏。
2)放进玻璃品里,加糖,话梅。
3)腌上两天-三天就好了。

Ingredient:
Ambarella Fruits, sugar, salt, sour plum

Step:
1) Peel off Amberella Fruits,using salt marinade for 2 hours.
2) Put into glass bottle, and add sugar with sour plum.
3) After 2-3 days can serve to eat.

龟苓膏乳酪 Tortoise Jelly(Herbal Jelly) vs Cheese


来个新产品-龟苓膏乳酪
材料(下层):
龟苓膏粉

材料(上层):
Whipping Cream
Philadelphia Cheese
鱼胶粉
Konnyaku粉

做法:
1)先煮上层,滚水加入Konnyaku粉,鱼胶粉及其他材料。
2)搅均匀,然后放到7”盘,等凝固了,再开始煮龟苓膏。
3)龟苓膏煮好了倒入等凝固,就可以放进冰箱。
4)上2小时, 就可以吃了。

×不鼓励用盘,有杯会好点,因为两层都是很滑的, 不能固定,再说过放旧点就会出水。
