酿矮瓜/茄子Stuffed eggplant


我两岁儿子拍的作品
Snap by my son, he is 2years old
材料:酿矮瓜/茄子、猪肉碎(馅料)、葱花、蒜米
调味料:酱油、少糖、盐、胡椒粉、薯粉、蛋

1)把猪肉碎放些盐、胡椒粉、蒜米、葱花、薯粉、一粒蛋搅匀,腌上10分钟。
2)酿矮瓜/茄子开个边,塞猪肉碎进去。
3)小火炸一炸有肉的酿矮瓜/茄子,过后大火煎(把油逼出来)。
4)盛起备用,爆香蒜米,注入水、糖、盐、胡椒粉、酱油。
5)加入薯粉打芡,就可盛去煎好了酿矮瓜/茄子。
6)盛起之前加点葱花就可以了。

Ingredient: Stuffed Eggplant , minced pork (fillings), green onion, garlic
Seasonings: soy sauce, less sugar, salt, pepper, flour, eggs

1) Minced pork -seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, green onion, potato flour, one egg, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
2) Eggplant cut side(refer picture), placed minced pork inside.
3) Fried with small fire, and last with a deep-fried after (forced out the oil).
4) Prepare sauce-fragrant garlic and place the water, sugar, salt, pepper, soy sauce.
5) Add tapioca for thickening, Put the sauce on Eggplant.
6) Before you dish up and add a little chopped green onion.
