酿长豆Stuffed long beans



材料:长豆、猪肉碎(馅料)、葱花、蒜米
调味料:酱油、少糖、盐、胡椒粉、薯粉、蛋

1)把猪肉碎放些盐、胡椒粉、蒜米、葱花、薯粉、一粒蛋搅匀,腌上10分钟。
2)先把长豆煮2-3分钟,过冷水备用。
3)长豆打个圈结,粗端(头)短些,细端(尾)长些。将粗端由内向外,缠绕一下,塞猪肉碎进去。
4)小火炸一炸有肉的长豆,过后大火煎(把油逼出来)。
5)为了确保长豆及猪肉熟透,蒸过5分钟。
6)爆香蒜米,注入水、糖、盐、胡椒粉、辣豆酱。
7)加入薯粉打芡,就可盛去长豆。盛起之前加点葱花就可以了。

Seasoning: soy sauce, less sugar, salt, pepper, tapioca flour, eggs

1) Minced pork -seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, green onion, potato flour, one egg, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
2) Boil water, and cook long beans for 2-3 minutes. Take off and put into water.
3) Make a loop with long beans, coarse ends (heads) shorter, smaller end (tail) long. Crude inside out, and minced pork placed into center.
4) Fried stuffed long beans with low heat, and high heat after (forced out the oil).
5) In order to ensure the long beans and pork cooked steamed for 5 minutes.
6) Sauce –fragrant garlic and place water, sugar, salt, pepper, spicy miso.
7) Add the tapioca flour for thickening.  Dish up, add a little chopped green onion.
