材料:

江鱼仔100g
大葱 100g
辣椒糊 200g
峇拉煎/马拉盏 30g
葱末+蒜米 50g(搅拌机搅碎)
盐(适量)
糖 (适量)
步骤:
1)爆香江鱼仔,留下点油,爆香葱末+蒜米。
2)放入马拉盏,辣椒糊,糖,盐,臭豆,大葱。
3)炒1分钟, 放入炸好了的江鱼仔,盛桌。

Onion 100g
Chili paste 200g
Belacan 30g
Onion + garlic 50g (blender)
Salt
Sugar
Steps:
1) Fried anchovies, leaving a little oil, saute diced green onion + garlic.
2) Add Belacan, chili paste, sugar, salt, stinky beans and onions.
3) Frying for 1 minute, add fried anchovies, and serve.
