苋菜愤怒鸟鱼饼汤Chinese Amaranth Soupwith Angry Bird fishcake
 
这个是拿来骗小孩的汤,
当然,我不鼓励常吃含有色素的食品,
偶尔一下让孩子惊喜还可以,
长期的话,不是很健康。
Actually I not very encourage using coloring on food,
But the commercial itself very attractive,
I do buy a package to attract my son,
You can change to fishball for enjoy  more healthy meal.

材料:
烧猪骨 两大块-三块
苋菜  一扎(细嫩)
愤怒鸟鱼饼 8-10块(可以用普通鱼丸取代)
日本豆腐 一条(切块)

做法: 
1)热水把烧猪骨油去掉,清理好苋菜。 
2)烧猪骨+水熬30-40分钟,可以高汤/鸡精块取
   代。 
3)加入愤怒鸟鱼块,苋菜,日本豆腐,煮6-10
   钟,就可以享用。
      ×可以加入枸杞

Ingredient:
Roast pork ribs two blocks/three blocks
Amaranth
Angry Birds fish cake  8-10 blocks (can be replaced with an ordinary fish ball)
Japanese tofu  1pc (diced)

Step:
1)Boil/using hot water to remove the oil from roasted rib, 
    cleaned up amaranth.
2) Boil a pot of water, add roast pork rib and slow cook about 30-40 minutes, you can replace it with 
     chicken stocks or chicken soup.
3)Add Angry Birds fish cake , amaranth, Japanese tofu, cook another 6-10 minutes, you can serve.
    × can add some wolfberry
