九杞炖马来鸡/土鸡Kampung Chicken Soup with Wolfberry Leaves

材料: 3粒红枣
1粒蜜枣
一只土鸡/马来鸡(切块)

2liter 水
一包九杞
步骤:
1)洗干净土鸡/马来鸡及其他材料。
2)
土鸡/马来鸡切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)以煲大火煮滚,再调小火,炖上2个半小时。

Ingredient:
3pcs Red Date
Kampung chicken(cube)
2liter Water
A pack of Wolfberry Leaves


Steps:
1) Wash kampung chicken and other 
ingredient.
2) Chopped
kampung chicken
3)Place all ingredient to a pot.
4)Using pot to cook high heat for boiling purpose, and slow cook for another 2 and half hour.

材料可以再加花生。我这个是少了花生的食谱。
  材料:
一条莲藕
一条红萝卜
3-5粒红枣
2蜜枣
干贝适量
干鱼鳔适量
猪骨300gm
2liter
盐(要喝才加)
用具:
免火再煮锅
Ingredient
Carrot 
Lotus Root 
3-5pcs Red Date
2pcs Glaced date
Dried scallop
Dried fish maw
300gm Pork Rib
2liter Water
Salt Put when want to serve)
Appliances:
Stainless Steel for Energy Saving Pot

3)所有材料放进锅。

土鸡牛膝杜仲汤Kampung Chicken Niú Xī Dù Zhòng Soup(Achyranthes|Eucommia ulmoides)

材料:
50gm牛膝
50gm杜仲
20gm 黑豆
4-5粒红枣

做法:
1. 用土鸡煲成汤。
2. 将黑豆、红枣洗净,用沸水烫一下。
3. 用清水六杯将牛膝、杜仲煲成二杯水左右。
4. 再用鸡汤六杯左右煲已烫过水的黑豆及红枣。
5. 待黑豆、红枣煲烂(4)时再加入杜仲及牛膝水(2),以小火再煲,即可。

*此汤具有治高血压、强健筋骨的作用。

Ingredient:
50gm [niú xī]Achyranthes bidentata (root used in Chinese medicine) 
50gm [ dùzhòng ] Eucommia ulmoides (used in Chinese medicine) 
20gm black beans
4-5 dates

Steps:
1. Ready chicken soup.
2. Add the black beans, red dates in boiling water.
3. Cook the Achyranthes with six cups water ,and left till two cups of water.
4. Using about six cups of chicken soup to cook black beans and dates until burns.
5. Mixed up no.4 with no.2, and slow cook for 1hour.


* This soup has the treatment of hypertension , and strong bones .

 材料:
土鸡一只(切块)
东瓜 一片两寸宽(切块)
3粒-4粒红枣
2liter 水
盐(要喝才加)

步骤:
1)洗干净土鸡及其他材料。
2)土鸡及东瓜切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)大火煮滚20分钟,放进煲架再煮上1个半小时。

Ingredient:
Kampung chicken (cube)
Winter Melon(300gm)
3-4pcs Red Date
1 pcs Glaced date
2liter Water
Salt (Put when want to serve)

Step:
1) Wash Kampung chicken and other ingredient.
2) Chopped Kampung chicken, and winter melon。
3)Place all ingredient to a pot.
4)Heat until boiling around 20minutes and slow cook for another one and half hour.

简单懒人ABC汤/罗宋汤ABC Soup/Borscht Soup

材料:
大葱 两粒
红萝卜一条
猪骨 300gm
马铃薯 两粒
番茄 1~两粒
胡椒粒 10粒

步骤:
1) 材料全部切块, 洗干净备用。
2) 把所有的材料放进煲里面,大火滚热。
3)小火煮上1个半小时, 就可以煮出清甜的 罗宋汤。

X 可以加咸菜让汤更入味

Ingredients:
2 onions
A carrot
Pork Ribs300gm
2  Potatoes
2  Tomatoes 

 Pepper

Steps:
1) Clean and cut all the material.
2) Put all the ingredients into the pot, and boil until cook.
3)Slow cook for another one and half hour.

X Can add some chinese pickles to make the soup more tasty.

东瓜 一粒小粒
两条红萝卜小条
一粒薯仔
3粒-4粒红枣
1粒蜜枣
3粒冬菇
猪骨300gm
一片干鱿鱼
2liter 水
盐(要喝才加)

用具:
免火再煮锅

Ingredient:
Winter Melon(300gm)
Carrot 2 pc -small sizes
Potato 1pc
3-4pcs Red Date
1 pcs Glaced date
300gm Pork Rib
Dried Squid 1pc
2liter Water
Salt (Put when want to serve)

步骤:

2)猪骨,东瓜,干鱿鱼,薯仔及红萝卜切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。

2)猪骨莲藕切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)以免火再煮锅煲上大火煮滚20分钟,放进煲架再煮上1个半小时。

烧排骨200gm
排骨200gm
2liter 水

甜菜根(生地)300gm

步骤:
1)洗干净猪骨及其他材料。
2)猪排骨、
甜菜根(生地)及萝卜切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)以炖煲大火煮滚,再调小火,炖上2个半小时。 


Ingredient:
Red Carrot 1pc
3pcs Red Date
200gm Roast Ribs
200gm Pork Ribs
2liter Water
300gm Beetroot


Step:

3)Place all ingredient to a pot.
4)Using slow cooker to cook high heat for boiling purpose, and slow cook for another 2 and half hour.

白萝卜一条

7粒-10粒红枣
2粒-3粒蜜枣
猪排骨300gm
2liter 水
盐(要喝才加)

胡椒粒(适量)

用具:

炖锅


步骤:
1)洗干净猪骨及其他材料。
2)猪排骨及白萝卜切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)以炖煲大火煮滚,再调小火,炖上2个半小时。

 
Ingredient:
White Carrot 1pc
7-10pcs Red Date
300gm Pork Rib
2liter Water
Salt (Put when want to serve)

Pepper (10-15pcs)

Appliances:
Slow Cooker



Step:
1) Wash pork rib and other ingredient.
2) Chopped pork rib and white carrot。

3)Place all ingredient to a pot.
4)Using slow cooker to cook high heat for boiling purpose, and slow cook for another 2 and half hour.

7-10粒红枣
2-3粒蜜枣
干鱼鳔适量
花生适量
猪排骨300gm
2liter
大头菜 
盐(要喝才加)

用具:
免火再煮锅

2-3pcs Glaced date
Dried fish maw
Peanut 
300gm Pork Rib

Chinese Dried Turnip( For cooking soup purpose)
Salt Put when want to serve)

这个是拿来骗小孩的汤,
当然,我不鼓励常吃含有色素的食品,
偶尔一下让孩子惊喜还可以,
长期的话,不是很健康。
Actually I not very encourage using coloring on food,
But the commercial itself very attractive,
I do buy a package to attract my son,
You can change to fishball for enjoy  more healthy meal.

材料:
烧猪骨 两大块-三块
苋菜  一扎(细嫩)
愤怒鸟鱼饼 8-10块(可以用普通鱼丸取代)
日本豆腐 一条(切块)

做法: 
1)热水把烧猪骨油去掉,清理好苋菜。 
2)烧猪骨+水熬30-40分钟,可以高汤/鸡精块取
   代。 
3)加入愤怒鸟鱼块,苋菜,日本豆腐,煮6-10
   钟,就可以享用。
      ×可以加入枸杞

Ingredient:
Roast pork ribs two blocks/three blocks
Amaranth
Angry Birds fish cake  8-10 blocks (can be replaced with an ordinary fish ball)
Japanese tofu  1pc (diced)

Step:
1)Boil/using hot water to remove the oil from roasted rib, 
    cleaned up amaranth.
2) Boil a pot of water, add roast pork rib and slow cook about 30-40 minutes, you can replace it with 
     chicken stocks or chicken soup.
3)Add Angry Birds fish cake , amaranth, Japanese tofu, cook another 6-10 minutes, you can serve.
    × can add some wolfberry

夜来香江鱼仔蛋花汤 Tuberose+Dried anchovies Egg Drop Soup

淡淡的花香, 
引起了我的回味,
这个汤,还真容易。

现在会做了,
看到还会买回来煮快熟面。
现代人很多都不懂吧~~
 材料: 
夜来香 150gm
江鱼仔  50gm
猪肉片 100gm (用盐+生粉腌)
鸡蛋 两个
鸡精块 半块
1liter 水
酱油

做法:
1)把夜来香+江鱼仔清理干净。
2)炸江鱼仔备用。
3)煲水,江鱼仔,猪肉片,鸡精块放进去,滚6-10分钟。
4) 夜来香可以放入滚1-2分钟。
5)鸡蛋打发+酱油,放入汤底, 滚1分钟就可以起桌了。
    ×可以选择煎蛋放进去更香。

Ingredient:
Tuberose 150gm
Dried Anchovies 50gm

Pork Slice 100gm(marinate with salt and corn flour)
Two eggs
Half of chicken cube(prefer Maggi)
1liter of water
Soy sauce

Step:
1) wash tuberose and dried anchovies.
2) Fried dried anchovies.
3) Boiling water, add dried anchovies, pork slices, chicken cube into it, cook about 6-10 minutes.
4) Add Tuberose and cook another 1-2 minutes.
5) Mixing up eggs with soy sauce,and add into pot.Cook for one minute, and soup is ready to serve.
   × can choose to using fried egg,more tasty and fragrant.

既然买了这个花生根,
考到我。。。这个我从来不买,
因为很耗时去洗,
洗超过20轮,泥土很多,
整个人都散完,巴刹的菜很新鲜,可是不见得便宜。


这个煲过火了吧,肉的颜色好深哟
材料:
花生根(三扎/300gm)
一条红萝卜
一粒薯仔
7粒-10粒红枣
2粒蜜枣
猪骨300gm
一片干鱿鱼
2liter 水
盐(要喝才加)

用具:
免火再煮锅

Ingredient:
Peanut Root(300gm)
Carrot 1 pc
Potato 1pc
7-10pcs Red Date
2 pcs Glaced date
300gm Pork Rib
Dried Squid 1pc
2liter Water
Salt (Put when want to serve)

药材白斩鸡
药材是主汤,
每次下厨,我都会备一锅汤,
无汤不下饭。。
这次在药材店买了汤也准备了汤底来滚白斩鸡,
我煮都是清淡的。

材料:
药材汤料(各大药材店都能买-依个人口味)
猪骨 200gm

用具:
免火锅
以免火再煮锅煲上大火煮滚20分钟,放进煲架再煮上1个小时。

Ingrediant:
Pork rib 200gm
Chinese Soup Herb in packet-ready pack

Appliances: 
Stainless Steel for Energy Saving Pot
Using stainless steel for energy saving pot, heat until boiling around 20minutes and put on pot tray cook for another one hour.

准备白斩鸡的材料:
1)半只鸡
把免火再煮锅的汤再滚开来15分钟,鸡放进去,关火,放在煲架里头让它再滚,20-30分钟,鸡就自然熟透。

Boiled chicken
1)Half chicken
Heat until boiling around 15minutes(for the soup). Add chicken inside,  and put it back on pot tray cook for another 20-30 minutes.

拿起搽少许的盐
Apply salt on it (a bit)

斩开上桌
Dish up



野芫荽酱料(白斩鸡酱料)
材料:
野芫荽
耗油
酱青
麻油

步骤:
1)把野芫荽切碎。
2)开锅爆香野芫荽
3)关火加上耗油,酱青,麻油就可以了

Wild coriander Sauce(Boiled chicken Sauce) 
Ingredient: 
Wild coriander leave
Oyster sauce
Soya sauce
Sesame oil

Step:
1) Chopped wild coriander leave
2) Reheat wok, add oil, fragrant it
3) Close fire, add oyster sauce, soya sauce, and sesame oil.(till can cover the leaves)

3)所有材料放进锅。

3Place all ingredient to a pot.
