甜菜根(生地)排骨汤Beetroot Ribs Soup

材料:
红萝卜一条
3粒红枣
烧排骨200gm
排骨200gm
2liter 水

甜菜根(生地)300gm

步骤:
1)洗干净猪骨及其他材料。
2)猪排骨、
甜菜根(生地)及萝卜切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)以炖煲大火煮滚,再调小火,炖上2个半小时。 


Ingredient:
Red Carrot 1pc
3pcs Red Date
200gm Roast Ribs
200gm Pork Ribs
2liter Water
300gm Beetroot


Step:
1) Wash pork rib and other ingredient.
2) Chopped pork rib ,beetroot and carrot.
3)Place all ingredient to a pot.
4)Using slow cooker to cook high heat for boiling purpose, and slow cook for another 2 and half hour.
