材料:
白萝卜一条
7粒-10粒红枣
2粒-3粒蜜枣
猪排骨300gm
2liter 水
盐(要喝才加)
胡椒粒(适量)
用具:
炖锅
步骤:
1)洗干净猪骨及其他材料。
2)猪排骨及白萝卜切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)以炖煲大火煮滚,再调小火,炖上2个半小时。

Step:
1) Wash pork rib and other ingredient.2) Chopped pork rib and white carrot。
3)Place all ingredient to a pot.
4)Using slow cooker to cook high heat for boiling purpose, and slow cook for another 2 and half hour.
